How to Navigate & get the most out of the Fit Advancement Mentorship (FAM)Ā

The 4 Departments of FAM:

  1. Masterclasses:Ā These are courses thatĀ are posted monthly (during the first week of the month). MasterclassesĀ remain permanently accessible by members. Go here to view the masterclasses.
  2. Community: The FAM community consists of 5 separate forums/discussion boards that encompass the range of individual interests (General Discussion, The Noob Zone, Work in Progress, Research & Studies, Off-Topic/Misc). Go here to join in the community discussions or just browse.Ā 
  3. Live Coaching Calls:Ā TheseĀ meetings are 60-minutes, and will occur weekly, every Tuesday. The current schedule is 10am alternated weekly with 4pm, PDT. Here is the schedule of Live Coaching Calls. Each live call will be given a Zoom link. The Live Coaching CallsĀ are recorded, and then uploaded into its own module which can be found in the Masterclass archive. Go here and scroll down to the module titled, Live Coaching Calls.   4. Transformation Challenges: This is where you have the option to engage in healthy competition. Go here to get the details of the latest challenge.Ā
